An e-commerce company was looking to improve their sales process and offload some of their day-to-day activities, so they hired AMZ DOC SMC Pvt Ltd for their web development and digital marketing services.
The client has been extremely happy with the ongoing service that AMZ DOC SMC Pvt Ltd provides. They’re particularly impressed with their agility to respond to concerns and issues, as well as their ability to achieve ideal results.
I’m an Amazon seller and owner of Pathways Marketplace. Our trade name is Mountain Air, and we sell mostly on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and we do social media advertising.
Amazon has a lot of rules which I never understood, so I needed someone to do the day-to-day tasks on my Amazon account such as customer messaging.
AMZ DOC SMC stepped in and take over my daily tasks and activities and resolve my prior issues. Over time, their responsibilities slowly evolved into creating product listings, sourcing products, and negotiating prices. Apart from that, they also developed our website and are now designing my ads, taking photographs, and producing marketing videos. I basically have a full-time VA (Virtual Assistant) that essentially handles everything. Simply every single task related to my eCommerce business they are handling, specifically Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, eBay, Website SEO etc..
The person I’m in touch with on a daily basis is my VA, and I work with about a team of five people.
So far, the ballpark figure is $100,000.

I’m extremely happy with their service.
We mainly communicate through Skype.
I’m someone that simply goes by results and I use a program called Helium 10 to keep track of the progress, and whether or not I’m getting the right results — but so far, the results have just been phenomenal, and that’s their strongest point.
I can’t really think of anything they could improve on because they address any issue that comes up, no matter how small. They’re quick to respond and they’re never offended whenever I see something I don’t like.
My only advice is to sign them up.
